Our journey began in the winter of 2019, when I was studying abroad in the United States. During a trip, I encountered an unexpected delay in hotel payments. Mr. Brian, the generous owner of the hotel, kindly let me stay for two nights free of charge. His kindness left a lasting impression—it was a true reflection of the warmth and compassion of this country.To honor that act of generosity, we founded this restaurant with a heartfelt mission: to give back to the community and to celebrate those like Mr. Brian who bring kindness into the world.
